What is Alice?

What is Voicebox?

Voicebox is a customer engagement tool that lets people leave voice feedback with just a QR scan. No apps, logins or typing. It’s used in retail, restaurants, and events to collect raw, emotional customer input in real-time.

What is Insights?

Insights is a real-time analytics dashboard built on top of Voicebox and Voicevault. It visualizes sentiment, flags issues, and helps teams act on feedback faster without needing data analysts.

What is Voicevault?

Voicevault is Alice’s secure recorder and transcription tool. Use it on iOS or web to capture, bookmark and transcribe conversations.

Is my data ever used to train AI?

Never. Your recordings and transcripts are not used to train any models. You retain full ownership and control.

Which languages does Alice support?

Over 100 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Japanese, Chinese, and many more.

Does Alice transcribe multiple speakers or accents?

Yes. Alice supports multi-speaker, dual-channel, and accent-aware transcription for 100+ languages and dialects.

Does Alice have any integrations?

Yes. Alice integrates with popular tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion and many more. These integrations let you automatically export transcripts, organize files and streamline your workflow. All integrations are opt-in, can be revoked at any time and never access your data without permission.
